About Dr Alex

Alex grew up in Byron Bay and completed his Master of Osteopathic Medicine at Southern Cross University.

His path to becoming an osteopath has been a long journey of exploring human structure, function, and holistic health. Alongside his osteopathic studies, Alex trained as a yoga teacher and earned an undergraduate degree with honours in philosophy from the University of Sydney. These diverse experiences shape his clinical reasoning and hands-on approach, allowing him to integrate different perspectives into his practice.

Alex offers comprehensive support tailored to your individual needs and goals. He is experienced in both direct and indirect manual therapy techniques, complemented by exercise and rehabilitation advice, to help you along your health journey—from wherever you are to wherever you want to be.

Alex is excited to be joining Mahi Health Club, where he looks forward to offering osteopathic care in a dynamic and supportive environment. He’s eager to connect with the community and help individuals move, feel, and function at their best. Whether you’re curious about osteopathy, manual therapy, or holistic health practices, Alex is happy to answer any questions and guide you through your options.
